meirluc, nice post! quite mind blowing those numbers. Approximately 30% of the ITT population (n?=?100) showed particularly extended survival, with a KM derived mOS estimate of 40.5 months. This is not fully explained by known prognostic factors, as only some of these patients had positive prognostic factors: only 29% were younger than 50 years of age, 65.9% had methylated MGMT, 71% had a complete resection, and only 8% of these patients had all three positive prognostic factors. These patients will be the subject of extensive further analyses and research. This was as 3/17? updated numbers as of 8/18 will show continued long tail as those living past 36 months have KM derived mOS of 88 months!
